1. Description of Service
PerHost provides specialized video streaming infrastructure, including SRTLA Relay servers (Network Bonding), Cloud OBS nodes, and RTMP multi-stream capabilities. The service is designed to improve the stability of live broadcasts in IRL environments.
PerHost acts solely as a technical infrastructure provider. We are not responsible for the content transmitted by users through our network.
2. Acceptable Use
The user agrees NOT to use PerHost servers to:
- Transmit illegal, defamatory, obscene content or content that infringes copyright
- Violate the terms of service of the destination platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc.)
- Perform denial of service (DDoS) attacks or any malicious activity
- Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code
- Transmit content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
- Use the service for fraudulent or misleading activities
The violation of these rules will result in the immediate suspension of the account without the right to a refund.
3. Payment Model and Access
Plans are paid in advance and grant access to the servers for the contracted period. Payments are one-time only and do not renew automatically.
PerHost reserves the right to modify the prices of the plans with 30 days prior notice by email. Price changes will not affect users during the current billing period.
4. Validity and Refunds
Your service will remain active until the end of the paid period. Since it is a one-time payment, you do not need to worry about cancellations or unexpected charges.
No partial refunds are made for unused days or months. Check our Refund Policy for more details.
5. Limitation of Liability
PerHost strives to maintain 99.9% uptime, but does not guarantee continuous or error-free availability.
Under no circumstances shall PerHost be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The maximum liability of PerHost in relation to any claim will be limited to the total amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Privacy and Data
PerHost collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
Transmission data (streams) are not stored or monitored permanently, except for aggregated metrics necessary for the operation of the service.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Santiago, Chile.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
