Refund Policy

In short: We do not offer refunds for unused months or early cancellation. All sales are final.
1. General Policy
All PerHost plans and services are billed in advance. By making a purchase, you agree to this refund policy.
Partial or full refunds are not issued for unused days or months within the current billing period. If you cancel your subscription, the service will remain active until the end of the already paid period.
2. Exceptions
We will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Verifiable billing error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount)
- Prolonged service unavailability exceeding 48 consecutive hours due to a fault attributable to PerHost
- Purchase made in error and reported within the first 24 hours
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the control panel under Settings > My Account. When you cancel:
- The service continues active until the end of the already paid period
- No additional charges will be made after cancellation
- No refunds will be issued for remaining unused time
4. Suspension for Terms Violation
If your account is suspended for violating our Terms and Conditions (illegal use, service abuse, etc.), no refund will be granted for the remaining time in the billing period.
5. Add-ons and Additional Services
Purchased add-ons (such as multi-stream) follow the same policy: non-refundable. If you cancel an add-on, the service continues until the end of the already paid period.
6. Requesting a Refund
If you believe an exception applies, contact us within 48 hours of the charge with the details:
